Every time I have my period, canker sores always appear. i hate it every time this thing is present.
to enlighten me on the matter, i have researched on the net on what it is and why it keeps on bothering me.
and here's what i have found:
Canker sores or also known as Aphthous stomatitis. It is a common cause of benign and non-contagious mouth ulcers. This condition is characterized by the repeated formation of ulcers on the mucous membrane of the oral cavity (the
lining of the mouth), in otherwise healthy individuals. Symptoms range
from a minor nuisance to interfering with eating and drinking.
Whenever I have this, I can't eat well, or even enjoy my favorite
drinks. Too much discomfort in sleeping, talking, eating and drinking. I
don't know why this keeps on recurring. I am very much fund of taking
multivitamins. Yet this thing still appears. Oh well, they say sometimes
this canker sore is hereditary.
Can't do anything about it... might as well live with it! and just be patient on waiting when it finally disappears.
When you happen to have this, stay away from foods or beverages that
has citric acids for it will worsen your sore. Stay away also from hot
foods or drinks. take a lot of vitamin B.

Budget Meal #1
discovered something new today.
i can have a tasty meal even though i'm on a budget. :-)
what i have:
3pcs - medium sized potatoes
1/2 pouch sinigang sampalok mix
1 pork knorr cube
thats it!!! oh yes! thats just it.. hahaha see? really budget friendly.. not to mention, healthy meal.
what to do:
bring to boil potatos on 1/2 liters of water.
when already boiling, add the pork knorr cube.
stir until dissolved. then put the sinigang mix. boil for 1 minute and voila!
potato sinigang...
tastes yummy!
try it! ;0)
*if you have other available ingredients you can add it in! anyway, you are the master of ur kitchen
